Sun Twin Soft Flow is a major advancement in rope dyeing technology, which overcomes the main drawback of the U Jet or Long Tube Jet System by providing a significantly more gentle & relaxed dyeing atmosphere for the treatment of all type of fabrics with utmost flexibility and ease of operation.

By distributing the water flow simultaneously at two points along the fabric length, the natural declaration of the fabric is 100% compensated. Fabric speed up to 300 m/min at a maximum nozzle pressure of 0.15 bar creates superior fabric quality by eliminating pilling and cracking (crease) marks.

NSPH (Nominal Suction Positive Head) is required to work the pump at a minimum level so that it does not cavitate. Cavitation means pump will try to suck air if NSPH is not there and so will hamper your process performance.
